22 July ā Oeiras Bluetech Ocean Forum: Exhibition Day. Showcase your innovation and connect with the ecosystem through participation in the exhibition area with dedicated startup stands. Also offering the opportunity to attend side sessions and workshops.
23 July ā Field Visits & Corporate Engagements: A deep dive into Portugalās maritime infrastructure and energy opportunities. We invite you to share your key Portuguese industry partners, so we can help facilitate introductions and make sure you get the most out of your visit.
About the Oeiras Bluetech Ocean Forum 2025
The centerpiece of our mission is participation in the Oeiras Bluetech Ocean Forum, taking place from July 21st-23rd. This leading international conference brings together investors, innovators, governments, and industry leaders to accelerate blue economy development. This year's theme focuses on āInvesting in Blue Innovationā, making it a high-impact opportunity for Dutch Blutech startups seeking funding, business and partnerships. Participation Costs
Participation fee is ā¬1000 per person (excluding VAT), with a maximum of 2 representatives per company.This excludes hotel, flight costs, transfer to and from the hotel, out-of-pocket costs and/or out of program activities.
NOTE: Apply for the SIB subsidy, to get 80% of the participation costs reimbursed. For more information see here!
Accommodation
Possibility for a discounted rate at a mission hotel, more information will be shared soon.Flights and accommodation are at own expense.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your participation after we have officially confirmed your participation, we will charge you for all the costs incurred by the organisers.When you complete your registration you agree with these terms and conditions.
